We at Raw Material take great care in the packaging of our products, And most of the items are sold as is. Antiques and used items will have natural wear which we believe gives them charactor. but if you do receive a product that is damaged in shipping or not as discribed we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.

Most of our products are second hand and have been used or have minor use. We are incredable carefull about picking items that are in very good condition with little or no visual signs of use.
