I've been a chef for over thirty years and spent most of my life crafting dishes to feed the mind, body and soul. It is no surprise that I love texture, color and shape. The natural beauty of things that conjure memories of times past. There is something endearing about those precious things that have weathered through the years. The lost toy, an old walnut chair or just a family heirloom that passed hands,  ending up tucked away in a dusty thrift store shelf. The treasures that lie beneath a coat of cracked paint or the beauty that's just a few repairs away.

 I love creating or restoring these special pieces of memories. I hunt auctions, thrift shops, open markets and estate sales all across America.
